From director Michael Bay, 13 HOURS: THE SECRET SOLDIERS OF BENGHAZI is the gripping true story of six elite ex-military operators assigned to protect the CIA who fought back against overwhelming odds when terrorists attacked a U.S. diplomatic compound on September 11, 2012. When everything went wrong, six men had the courage to do what was right. These American Heros should have been rescued but they were not. God Bless them! Their sacrifice for our country will be remembered through this story. I pray that there will be justice for the people responsible that left them there.

Well made, well acted, and certainly explains the events and failures that led to the events that unfolded. I have watched it 3 times, and would easily sit down with someone wanting to see it.
  • All well done

I love this movie. The casting, acting, cinematography etc are all really well done, it's hard to think of anything to improve it. I think they steer away from the policitcal side and focus on what the story is about- the courage and heart of the men who fought back. Life is never as clear as keyboard warriors wish and I think the film captures the nuance of the complexity of the whole situation, the conflicts within the staff, etc. Honestly it's one of the most emotionally captivating movie's I've ever seen.
